It is a pleasure to share with you some of the exciting things we are doing at Goodwin & Company.  In 2018 we successfully saved our clients more than $75,000.00 on various items of spend whether it be costs for federal tax return preparation, reserve study pricing, commercial waste expense, electrical utility expense and more.  As a management company we look to leverage our size to the benefit of our clients in multiple ways to bring savings to your community and will continue to do so.  Additionally, Goodwin & Company conducted four different Board member educational seminars through the year to provide training and education to our Board members that are serving your communities.  These seminars were provided by one of the most prominent association specialized law firms in the State of Texas and we look forward to continuing these opportunities for our clients in 2019.
